What can I look forward to?

The Community Zone is your opportunity to try a new hobby and see what’s on offer from the OU’s fantastic Clubs, Societies and Networks.  Here’s what to look out for:

Join us in the Hub Theatre from 11am

• Let us entertain you – there will be some surprise performances popping up in the Hub Theatre throughout the day so keep your eyes peeled for lots of fun.
• Try your hand at something new – you’ll be able to practice a new skill and test your table tennis skills.
• Find out more about OU Trips and what’s coming up next on their busy calendar.

Enjoy a spot of salsa in the Pavilion

Fancy stepping into the exciting world of Salsa dancing? The OU Salsa Club are hosting two sessions highlighting very different styles of dance for you watch and join in with. No need to book, just come along.

• 12pm: Salsa demonstration in the Hub Theatre
• 12.15pm: Salsa taster session in the Hub Theatre
• 1:30pm Bachata taster session in the Hub Theatre

Try Tag Rugby on the Pavilion Lawn

Join the members of the Tag/Touch Rugby club and experience how these fun activities can help people to keep fit and healthy. Everyone is welcome to turn up on the day and have a go!
